An AI harness is the workspace on your computer in which AI reads files and carries out agreed steps.
AI provider
An AI provider runs language models and sells access to them, for example OpenAI (ChatGPT), Anthropic (Claude) or Google (Gemini).
API (application programming interface)
An API is an interface through which one program uses the data or functions of another, without a screen or a mouse.

Cal.com is an online booking service; you book a call with Jules through it.
Claude Code
Claude Code is an AI harness made by Anthropic: it runs on your computer, reads files and carries out steps you describe in plain language.
Cloud
The cloud means computers in a provider’s data centres on which programs run and data is kept, instead of on your own device.
Command centre
In a command centre, your staff start workflows and check results without using the command line.
Command line (terminal)
The command line, also called the terminal, is a window in which you give the computer instructions by typing text instead of clicking.
Context and context window
Context is everything a language model sees for a request; the context window is the amount of text it can process at once.
Custom commands
A command starts a defined workflow. In Pro Setup, we set up three to five commands for your work.
Dashboard (web dashboard)
A dashboard is an overview page, usually in the browser, that shows the state of tasks, results or figures at a glance.
Data processing agreement (DPA)
A data processing agreement (DPA) sets out how a service provider handles personal data it receives on your behalf.
Database with your own structure
A database whose tables and fields you define, for suppliers or orders for example.
Execution target
The execution target is the device or server on which a workflow actually runs.
Exoscale
Exoscale is a Swiss cloud provider with data centres in Switzerland. It rents out servers and storage in its own data centres.
FDPIC (EDÖB)
The FDPIC, the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (EDÖB in German), supervises compliance with Swiss data protection law.
Figure It Out
Figure It Out is one of our five ways of working: turn uncertainty into a decision you can act on.
Fix It
Fix It is one of our five ways of working: make sense of what is there and find a sensible path back to something dependable.
Follow-up support
Follow-up support means that questions and adjustments by email and phone are included for 30 days (Pro Setup) or 60 days (Operator System) after handover.
Git repository (GitHub)
A Git repository is storage for files that records every change with its date and author; GitHub is a well-known service for it.
Google Analytics (GA4)
Google Analytics (GA4) measures how visitors use a website; on this website only if you agree in the banner.
Handover document
The handover document records what we set up, how you work with it and how you back it up and restore it.
Hosting
Hosting means that a provider runs the computers on which a website, a program or data runs and can be reached.
Integration
An integration connects your setup to software you already use, such as your email inbox.
Introduction session (onboarding)
In the introduction session, you practise on your own documents how to start the workflows we set up and how to check the results.
Language model (AI model, LLM)
A language model is the actual AI behind an AI assistant: it has learned from a great deal of text and writes an answer to an input.
Local app
A local app is a program installed on your own device, unlike a web app, which runs in the browser.
Local or hybrid
Locally, the language model runs on your hardware; in a hybrid setup the working files stay local and only the excerpts needed go to a cloud model.
Log
A log records what a program or an AI agent did and when, so that afterwards you can trace who triggered what and what happened.
Markdown
Markdown is a simple way of writing text files: characters such as # or * mark headings, lists and emphasis.
MCP
MCP (Model Context Protocol) is an open standard for connecting an AI harness to other software and data sources.
Messaging bus
The messaging bus passes messages between the AI agents, the platform and your phone.
Model and tool routing
With routing, a system picks the right language model, tool and integration for each task.
Model usage
Model usage means accessing an AI provider’s language model. The cost is not included in the setup price.
Obsidian
Obsidian is a note-taking program that shows a folder of text files on your computer as linked notes.
Open alpha
Open alpha means the platform is at an early stage: we use it ourselves, and it changes all the time.
Open-weight model
An open-weight model is a language model whose weights are freely available, so it can run on your own hardware.
Operator System
Operator System is our package for teams at CHF 3'500.– to 5'000.–: the shared base with workflows for the team and connected systems.
Our platform
The AI agents we build for your firm run on our platform. We host the platform in Switzerland; external models may process data elsewhere.
Own It
Own It is one of our five ways of working: someone who stays on and sees how the pieces fit.
PARA
PARA organises storage into four parts: projects, areas, resources and archives.
Password manager
A password manager such as 1Password stores passwords and other credentials encrypted in one place.
Pro Setup

Region (data centre)
For cloud providers, a region is the area where the data centres that process your data are located, such as the EU or Switzerland.
Remote access
With remote access, someone works on your device over the internet without being there, to set up a program for example.

Template
A template is a prepared structure, for a document, an email or a folder for example, which you only complete for each case.
Token
For language models, a token is a piece of text, such as part of a word, by which usage is measured; for logins, a token is a digital key.
Training (of an AI model)
In training, a language model learns from large amounts of text; some providers also use their users’ inputs for it.
