Definition
For 30 days (Pro Setup) or 60 days (Operator System) after handover: questions and adjustments by email and phone. You get a first response within 2 hours, and we start handling your request within 24 hours.
With Basic Installation (Basic Installation is our smallest package at CHF 490.–: an installed AI harness, a vault template and one or two basic workflows on your computer.), we check in once, two weeks after handover, to ask how the workflows are working in daily use.
What it means for you
Two weeks after handover, we review how the setup works in daily use and what needs changing. At the start we record one figure you choose and measure it again at the review. Afterwards, you can arrange ongoing support separately.
