Where you stand

Start with the work that gets in your way

You know your work, so we ask about that, never about AI, and your report grows as you go.

Five questions about your work, then you see a first result.

How we save

Every answer is saved the moment you give it: in this browser and with us, for 30 days, or 12 months once you have given an email address. So you can stop any time and continue on another device. You can delete it all at any time. More in the privacy notice

Setup

The foundation: an AI harness, a vault and first workflows on your computers. Paid once, from CHF 490.–.

The three packages

Figure It Out

A good question is a very good start.

  • Workflow and problem discovery
  • Technical feasibility and second opinions
  • Architecture and build-or-buy decisions
  • A clear scope, risks and practical next steps

Works without a Setup

More on Figure It Out

Build It

Less pitch deck. More working thing.

  • Custom applications and internal tools
  • Automation and system integrations
  • AI-assisted workflows and prototypes
  • Documentation, acceptance and handover

Setup recommended

More on Build It

Fix It

There is usually a reason it does that.

  • Diagnosis and technical archaeology
  • Troubleshooting and system recovery
  • Simplification and technical debt reduction
  • Migration planning and risk review

Teach It

The install button was only the beginning.

  • Tool selection and implementation
  • Configuration around real workflows
  • Training with your actual use cases
  • Usable documentation and a proper handover

Setup recommended

Own It

Someone who sees how the pieces fit.

  • Ongoing technical direction
  • Architecture and vendor reviews
  • AI and automation strategy
  • Agreed support and improvement priorities

Setup

Three packages. The price is fixed before work starts.

Your report from the free interview shows which package fits your work.

  1. Basic Installation

    CHF 490.–

For SMEs that want to try one or two AI workflows (A workflow specifies what information goes in, what happens to it and who checks the result.) on their own machine.

    What is included
  2. Operator System

    CHF 3'500.– to 5'000.–

For businesses that work with a team and want existing systems included.

    What is included

The interview and a call with Jules are free.

The three packages in detail
Before / after

Same room. Different work.

Before: the team already uses AI, but without a system, and the paper keeps piling up. After: the workflows run, and you have time for clients and strategy. The robots stand for software you approve.

Before: a carpenter's workshop in miniature. Order slips hang on every wall and lie in the sawdust; the carpenter scratches his head, the slips in his hand. After: the same workshop. Brass robots feed the orders into a machine and sweep the sawdust; the carpenter drinks a coffee and talks to a client at the door.

Drag the slider.

Scroll, and the room transforms. Use the slider to compare before and after.

Calculator

What does a task that comes back every week cost you?

Enter your own figures; the calculator assumes no savings.

The fields hold sample values. Replace them with your own.

Your estimate. Include checking, chasing and correcting.

How many people on your team do this work regularly.

Salary plus social charges and overheads. The worked examples on this site use CHF 90.–.

52 weeks minus holidays and public holidays. Swiss employees are entitled to at least four weeks of holiday a year (Art. 329a CO).

How exact is your figure for the hours?

The range is our rule of thumb for how far a figure can be off. It is not a measurement.

Your task over a year

CHF 24'840.– a year

Range: CHF 18'630.– to 31'050.–

276 hours a year (range 207 to 345)

That is about 6.6 full-time weeks of 42 hours.

What a bounded improvement would give back

Suppose a change takes part of this time off your team’s hands. Nobody knows which share is realistic before measuring. So here are three assumptions side by side.

AssumptionHours a yearCHF a year
10 % less time28CHF 2'480.–
25 % less time69CHF 6'210.–
50 % less time138CHF 12'420.–

Worked examples, not a forecast. Record the time before a change, then measure again afterwards with the same method.

For comparison: the recommended Pro Setup (Pro Setup is our recommended package at CHF 1'490.–: vault, workflows with AI agents, first integrations, an introduction session and three months of Business seat.) costs CHF 1'490.– once. At your hourly rate, that equals 17 hours. Running costs come on top. What a setup costs in its first year

How the calculator works: hours per week × people × working weeks = hours a year. Hours a year × hourly rate = cost a year. The range applies the chosen precision to the hours. Amounts are rounded to CHF 10.–, hours to whole hours.

The calculator runs in your browser. Nothing you enter is sent or stored.

FAQ

What the interview shows and what comes next

What will the interview show me?

The interview is free and needs no account. You answer questions about your work, one at a time, and none about AI. After five questions you see a first result.

After level two, you receive your report. For that we need your email address; we send you a link that opens it. Your report shows where your work gets stuck, what success means to you and which first step is worth taking; what we do not know is listed openly. Each further level makes it more precise.

Do I need to know how AI works?

No. The interview asks about your work, not about AI. Every answer is saved the moment you give it, so you can stop any time and continue later, on another device too. You can also answer the first questions in conversation with our AI assistant (An AI assistant is a chat program such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Perplexity: you write in plain language, and a language model answers.).

Where do my answers from the interview go?

The interview saves every answer the moment you give it: in your browser and on our server (A server is a computer that runs all the time and provides services to other devices, such as email, files or a website.), for 30 days, or 12 months once you have given an email address. You can delete it all at any time. From level three, your answers go to Anthropic (An AI provider runs language models and sells access to them, for example OpenAI (ChatGPT), Anthropic (Claude) or Google (Gemini).) so an AI model (A language model is the actual AI behind an AI assistant: it has learned from a great deal of text and writes an answer to an input.) can order the questions; you can also continue without the model. Details are in the privacy notice.

In the earlier checks, your answers stay in your browser until you submit the report. You then receive a short version without your free-text answers. Jules Solutions receives the full report. A function at Vercel (Vercel is a US provider that runs websites and their server functions.) in Frankfurt processes the submission; we use Resend (Resend is a US service through which programs send emails; we use it for this website’s emails.) and Google Workspace for email. Data may reach the USA. Details are in the privacy notice.

What should I leave out of the interview?

Do not enter passwords, API keys (An API key is a secret access code that lets a workflow use a service such as a language model.), private keys, recovery codes, bank logins or tokens (For language models, a token is a piece of text, such as part of a word, by which usage is measured; for logins, a token is a digital key.). For confidential work, describe the process in broad terms. We ask how access is managed, not for the credentials themselves.

When can I book a call with Jules?

Any time: on the contact page, pick a time under ‘Talk to Jules’. The call takes 20 minutes and is free. In the interview, you can choose ‘Talk to Jules’ as early as level one and leave an email address or phone number. In the call, we look at where things get stuck and whether a package fits your project.
