The five ways

From ‘what if’ to working.

A clear head, a practical approach and the right technical work. Five ways to help, depending on where you are. Each way has its own page: what it is for, what we do, an example and whether it needs a Setup. Scope and price are in writing before we start.

  1. Figure It Out

A good question is a very good start.

    • Workflow (A workflow specifies what information goes in, what happens to it and who checks the result.) and problem discovery
    • Technical feasibility and second opinions
    • Architecture and build-or-buy decisions
    • A clear scope, risks and practical next steps

  2. Build It

Less pitch deck. More working thing.

    • Custom applications and internal tools
    • Automation and system integrations (An integration connects your setup to software you already use, such as your email inbox.)
    • AI-assisted workflows and prototypes
    • Documentation, acceptance and handover

Why the Setup comes first

Most people start at the bottom.

Nobody builds a house roof first. The Setup puts the tools on your computers, and the next steps build on them.

  • The tools are in place.

An AI harness (An AI harness is the workspace on your computer in which AI reads files and carries out agreed steps.), a vault (The vault is a folder of your working files on your computer; we create it from the vault template.) for your working files and first workflows. What we build for you later lands right there.

  • Small on purpose.

Two weeks of real work show what you actually need. Then we review it together and measure the figure you chose at the start.

  • The price is fixed first.

Paid once: CHF 490.– for Basic Installation (Basic Installation is our smallest package at CHF 490.–: an installed AI harness, a vault template and one or two basic workflows on your computer.), CHF 1'490.– for Pro Setup (Pro Setup is our recommended package at CHF 1'490.–: vault, workflows with AI agents, first integrations, an introduction session and three months of Business seat.), CHF 3'500.– to 5'000.– for Operator System (Operator System is our package for teams at CHF 3'500.– to 5'000.–: the shared base with workflows for the team and connected systems.). Binding in the written quote.

  • Not sure yet what you need?

If AI is new to you, the Setup is the way in. If you know something needs to change but not yet what, we work that out first with Figure It Out (Figure It Out is one of our five ways of working: turn uncertainty into a decision you can act on.), without a Setup. With a clear problem, or a setup of your own that we check first, you start straight on one of the five ways.

Before / after

Same room. Different work.

Before: the team already uses AI, but without a system, and the paper keeps piling up. After: the workflows run, and you have time for clients and strategy. The robots stand for software you approve.

Before: a carpenter's workshop in miniature. Order slips hang on every wall and lie in the sawdust; the carpenter scratches his head, the slips in his hand. After: the same workshop. Brass robots feed the orders into a machine and sweep the sawdust; the carpenter drinks a coffee and talks to a client at the door.

Drag the slider.

Scroll, and the room transforms. Use the slider to compare before and after.

Example paths

Where it can go next.

Three invented examples, so you can see how the parts fit together. We work out which route suits you before you get a quote.

  1. An example, not a client case

    New to AI

    1. Setup
    2. Teach It
    3. Own It

An accounting firm starts with Pro Setup. Two weeks in, it is clear that two people need more practice. A workshop on their own client files follows, then a support agreement (A retainer is a separate agreement for support after the included follow-up support, at CHF 500.– to 2'000.– per month.) for updates and questions.

  2. An example, not a client case

    A clear problem

    1. Figure It Out
    2. Setup
    3. Build It

A freight forwarder types order details from emails in twice. We follow the workflow and find the spot. After the Setup we build a workflow that takes the details over. A person checks every draft.

  3. An example, not a client case

    Something already runs

    1. Fix It
    2. Build It
    3. Own It

A trading company has an old system nobody wants to change blind. We connect it instead of replacing it, build a report on top and keep both running.

FAQ

Good questions

Do I need to know what technology I need?

No. Describe the problem, how the work happens now and what a useful result would look like. Figuring out the approach can be the first part of the engagement.

Will you always build something custom?

We look at what you already have and what exists before choosing a direction. An existing tool, a better configuration or a focused integration may be the right answer.

How does pricing work?

We agree the scope, outputs and commercial terms before starting. A bounded investigation is often a useful first step when the problem is still unclear. Tell me what you have in mind and we can find an appropriate starting point.

What happens after delivery?

We agree documentation, training and ownership as part of the work. If you need continuing help, Own It (Own It is one of our five ways of working: someone who stays on and sees how the pieces fit.) provides a way to define that responsibility and its boundaries.

Is this only for AI projects?

The problem determines the tools. The work can involve software, automation, infrastructure, integrations, existing products, training or a combination of them.

Find the work your team keeps doing by hand.

The free interview asks about your work, one question at a time. Your report shows where your time goes and where it pays to start.
