Terms of entry

1. Organiser

Jules.Solutions, sole proprietorship of Julian Alexander Lodewijk Schönbeck, Huobmattstrasse 5, 6045 Meggen, Switzerland, privacy@jules.solutions ("Jules.Solutions").

2. Who may enter

Companies and self-employed people with a seat or domicile in Switzerland. The person entering must be at least 18 and authorised to act for the company. Excluded are Jules.Solutions, people working on this project, and their families. One entry per company.

3. Prize

One Jules.Solutions Pro Setup worth CHF 1,490, with everything it includes as described on the page of the earlier checks at the time of entry, including three months of a business seat on the platform. The prize is delivered within 6 months of the winner being notified, by appointment. It cannot be paid out in cash and cannot be transferred. Receiving and using the prize needs no purchase or payment of any kind, from Jules.Solutions or from anyone else; Jules.Solutions bears its own travel and expenses. Costs after the three months, such as keeping the seat or other third-party software, are not part of the prize; whether to take them on is the company's own decision.

4. How to enter

• Period: from publication on this page until 6 December 2026, 23:59 Swiss time.
• How: complete the first of the earlier checks and send the report to Jules.Solutions with your name, company and a valid email address. An entry counts once the report has reached Jules.Solutions.
• Cost: entry is free and needs no purchase. No marketing consent is required.

5. Draw and notification

• Draw: within 7 days after the closing date, by random draw among all valid entries. The draw is documented.
• Notification: the winner is notified by email and confirms within 14 days. Without a confirmation, a new winner is drawn.
• Publication: we publish the winner's name and company only with their consent.
• Tax: any tax on the prize is for the winner. Jules.Solutions confirms the value of the prize in writing on request.

6. Data

• Purpose: Jules.Solutions uses the details you send (report, name, company, email) to run the raffle, to send you the report, to understand where your company stands with AI, and to contact you once, personally, about a fitting offer. Marketing emails to many recipients (such as a newsletter) only reach you with your consent.
• Recipients: the page is hosted by Vercel (the email sending runs in Frankfurt), emails are sent through Resend, and Jules.Solutions receives them in Google Workspace. No one else receives your details.
• Abroad: your details may go to the USA in the process. The safeguard is the EU standard contractual clauses with Swiss adaptations for Vercel and Resend (Art. 16(2)(d) FADP), and the Swiss-US Data Privacy Framework for Google.
• Deletion: the details are deleted 30 days after the prize is accepted, including the copies in the mailbox, unless you become a client or ask to stay in touch.
• Your rights and everything else: jules.solutions/en/privacy.

7. Other

• Ending early: Jules.Solutions may end or change the raffle early for good reason, such as abuse or technical problems. If it ends early, the draw is made among the valid entries received until then, as far as the reason allows. Changes do not worsen entries already made.
• Exclusion: entries with false details, or that get around these terms, may be excluded.
• Law: Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Lucerne, where the law allows.
