Specialists as needed. We remain accountable for your project.

You talk to Jules; he brings in the specialists and keeps the work together.

How we work

Responsibility stays in one place.

Before work starts, we agree what Jules will handle, who else is involved and what you will receive at handover.

  • You talk to Jules

Jules agrees the goal and scope with you. Before work starts, we put the price in a binding written quote. Jules remains your point of contact and is responsible for the whole project through handover.

  • Specialists where the work needs them

When a project needs depth Jules does not cover himself, for example in security, data or your industry, he brings in specialists. We tell you beforehand who is involved.

  • The work stays connected

Jules sets out who handles each part and coordinates their work. At handover, you receive documentation covering the whole project.

For specialists

Know your field? Let’s work together.

Do you develop software, work in security, handle data or know an industry from the inside? Tell us what you could contribute to a project.

What to tell us

  • Describe your field and your experience.
  • Tell us which tasks you would like to work on.
  • Tell us whether you work on site or remotely and which languages you speak.

The contact form opens with ‘Collaboration’ chosen. Jules reads your message.

Fields

  • Development

You connect existing systems and automate specific steps in a workflow (A workflow specifies what information goes in, what happens to it and who checks the result.).

  • Security

You review access rights (Access rights set out who may see and change which files, programs or accounts.) and establish how credentials are handled.

  • Data

You organise data, check its quality and prepare reports.

  • Domain expertise

You know how work is done in fiduciary services, trading, logistics or customs.

FAQ

Who is responsible for your setup, and who can access your data?

Who is accountable for the work?

Jules is accountable for the work of Jules Solutions. He maps your workflows and directs the AI agents (An AI agent carries out several steps of a defined task. A person decides before it sends anything outside your firm or spends money.) that build the system. Read more about our approach on the ‘About us’ page.

Who is our contract partner?

Your contract is with Jules Solutions, a sole proprietorship in Meggen LU, founded and run by Jules. Its business address is Huobmattstrasse 5, 6045 Meggen LU. You can find all legal details in the imprint.

What access do you need for setup, and what happens to it after handover?

We work on your device on site or remotely, and we run remote sessions (With remote access, someone works on your device over the internet without being there, to set up a program for example.) only from Switzerland. We agree in advance which access we need and when we may use it. We keep credentials out of chats, storing them in 1Password (A password manager such as 1Password stores passwords and other credentials encrypted in one place.) or a designated local file, for example.

At handover, we remove our access. You then replace any credentials we knew.

Jules directs the AI agents involved in building the setup. The written quote records what work content they send to which providers. Which data we build and test with depends on the project, and the quote records that too.

If your setup touches personal data you are responsible for, we sign a data processing agreement (A data processing agreement (DPA) sets out how a service provider handles personal data it receives on your behalf.) with you before work begins, as standard. Otherwise we sign one on request, as we do a non-disclosure agreement. If other specialists are involved, we tell you who they are beforehand.

Our IT partner manages our devices. How do you involve them?

Installation on your device requires admin rights (Administrator rights allow you to install programs on a device and change settings for all its users.). Depending on the package, we install the chosen AI harness (An AI harness is the workspace on your computer in which AI reads files and carries out agreed steps.) and other tools. We discuss with you which tools your IT team needs to approve.

The interview asks who looks after your IT and who else needs to be involved, such as an IT partner. If your IT partner handles installations, we send them the list of required tools and agree the approach with them.

Is this also for businesses outside trading and logistics?

Yes. If your team repeatedly copies details from emails and PDFs by hand, that work may be a good place to start with AI, whatever your sector. We know such tasks particularly well in commodity trading, logistics, forwarding, customs and compliance. The section ‘Four examples: what AI prepares and who checks it’ on the Solutions page shows four possible workflows.
