Definition

With WhatsApp Business, a firm appears under its own name. Through the interface, the WhatsApp Business Platform (The AI agents we build for your firm run on our platform. We host the platform in Switzerland; external models may process data elsewhere.), a program can receive and answer messages, to send a confirmation for example.
