Scope
These terms apply to all services of Jules Solutions: the Basic Installation (Basic Installation is our smallest package at CHF 490.–: an installed AI harness, a vault template and one or two basic workflows on your computer.), Pro Setup (Pro Setup is our recommended package at CHF 1'490.–: vault, workflows with AI agents, first integrations, an introduction session and three months of Business seat.) and Operator System (Operator System is our package for teams at CHF 3'500.– to 5'000.–: the shared base with workflows for the team and connected systems.) packages, our other services, follow-up support (Follow-up support means that questions and adjustments by email and phone are included for 30 days (Pro Setup) or 60 days (Operator System) after handover.) and ongoing support (A retainer is a separate agreement for support after the included follow-up support, at CHF 500.– to 2'000.– per month.). Where the written quote or a separate agreement says otherwise, the quote or the agreement applies.
The two earlier checks and the subsequent call with Jules are free.
Quote and price
Before work starts, you receive a binding quote for each package stating the scope, price, payment, acceptance and licence terms. For Operator System, it states the exact price within the CHF 3'500.– to 5'000.– range. Work starts once you accept the quote.
Payment and running costs
The payment terms are in the quote. You pay for the setup once. Model usage (Model usage means accessing an AI provider’s language model. The cost is not included in the setup price.) and licences may cost extra. Keeping the Business seat (The Business seat is one person’s access to our platform (open alpha); Pro Setup includes three months, and with Operator System it is six per person.) after its included months costs CHF 199.– per person per month, or CHF 169.– a month billed yearly, which is CHF 2'028.– a year.
Pro Setup still costs CHF 1'490.– after Basic Installation. It includes everything in Basic Installation, but we do not deduct what you paid for it.
Usage rights
You receive a licence to use the workflows (A workflow specifies what information goes in, what happens to it and who checks the result.), AI task instructions (A skill is a written instruction for a specific AI task, such as checking invoice details.) (skills) and commands (A command starts a defined workflow. In Pro Setup, we set up three to five commands for your work.) we build; Jules Solutions retains the rights to them. Your data, files and provider accounts remain yours. The written quote sets the terms of your licence.
Corrections and fixes
If the setup does not match the written quote, we correct it at no extra cost, with no deadline. That also applies to Basic Installation. If something stops working because of a mistake on our side, in the setup or after an update of ours, we fix it at no cost and with no deadline.
We fix problems caused by changes you or third parties make, such as a plugin you installed yourselves, at the hourly rate in the quote, and only once you have asked us to.
Follow-up support and ongoing support
Pro Setup includes 30 days of follow-up support and Operator System 60 days: questions and adjustments by email and phone. Basic Installation includes a single check-in two weeks after handover.
After that, you can take out ongoing support as a separate agreement, at CHF 500.– to 2'000.– per month. It covers monitoring, basic maintenance, updates and one-to-one technical help within reason, such as finding a setting, getting something unstuck or giving advice.
Response times
During follow-up support and under an ongoing support agreement: You get a first response within 2 hours, and we start handling your request within 24 hours. This holds seven days a week. When Jules is away, a partner stands in and keeps the same response times of 2 and 24 hours.
Data and access
If your setup touches personal data you are responsible for, we sign a data processing agreement (A data processing agreement (DPA) sets out how a service provider handles personal data it receives on your behalf.) with you before work begins, as standard. Otherwise we sign one on request.
We run remote sessions (With remote access, someone works on your device over the internet without being there, to set up a program for example.) on your devices only from Switzerland. At handover, we remove our access. Afterwards, change any credentials we used.
How we process personal data on this website is set out in our privacy notice.
Governing law and jurisdiction
