With Own It, we provide care after handover, with follow-up support (Follow-up support means that questions and adjustments by email and phone are included for 30 days (Pro Setup) or 60 days (Operator System) after handover.), the support agreement, updates and continuity, plus ongoing technical direction, architecture and vendor reviews and an AI and automation strategy. What we take on is in writing.

Own It needs a Setup or the handover from a Build It. The support agreement costs CHF 500.– to 2'000.– per month.
