Software goes through several stages: in alpha it is early and unfinished, in beta nearly complete, and after that stable. ‘Open’ means it is not only tested internally.
What it means for you
Our platform is in open alpha, and we run our own company on it. If something stops working because of a mistake on our side, including after an update of ours, we fix it at no cost and with no deadline.
