Fix It

Fix It is one of our five ways of working: make sense of what is there and find a sensible path back to something dependable.

Definition

With Fix It, we do diagnosis and technical archaeology, troubleshooting and system recovery, simplification and technical debt reduction, migration planning and risk review. The check comes first, then the repair.

What it means for you

You do not need a Setup for it, and we also repair what others built. Anything in one of our Setups that stops working because of a mistake on our side, we fix at no cost anyway.
