Model usage means accessing an AI provider (An AI provider runs language models and sells access to them, for example OpenAI (ChatGPT), Anthropic (Claude) or Google (Gemini).)’s language model (A language model is the actual AI behind an AI assistant: it has learned from a great deal of text and writes an answer to an input.). The cost is not included in the setup price.
Depending on the plan, you may pay per person each month or for what you use. Use beyond any included allowance can cost extra.
Model usage may add to the one-off setup price. You choose the provider. If you prefer, we manage your account with the AI provider or provide API keys where the provider’s licence allows it. We invoice you for the cost.
