Remote access

Definition

Usually you start a remote support program and allow the connection. The other side then sees your screen and can use the mouse and keyboard until the connection ends.

What it means for you

We work on your device on site or remotely; remote sessions run only from Switzerland. We agree in advance which access we need and when. At handover we remove our access.
