Who we are

What our website stores

Our links to you carry a code that stands for you, not your name. When you open a task, or press the button on our sign-up or leave page, our website stores that code, the task, the time and the sign-up page’s version for 30 days, to see who takes part and to pace what we send. If you leave, it keeps a leave marker without your name, up to 12 months, so we don’t write again.

As on every page, Vercel (Vercel is a US provider that runs websites and their server functions.)’s server (A server is a computer that runs all the time and provides services to other devices, such as email, files or a website.) logs briefly keep your IP address and the address you opened; Google Analytics (Google Analytics (GA4) measures how visitors use a website; on this website only if you agree in the banner.) runs only if you accept it in the banner.

Who processes it for us

  • Vercel Inc., USA (the website, Frankfurt);
  • Upstash, Inc., USA (the records, Frankfurt);
  • Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, Dublin (the WhatsApp Business Platform, our business number);
  • Google Cloud EMEA Limited, Dublin (Workspace, our mailbox) and Google Ireland Limited, Dublin (Analytics, with your consent);
  • Anthropic PBC, USA (drafts replies we read before sending);
  • and our CRM, which we run on our own server in Switzerland.

The safeguards for transfers abroad are in our privacy notice.

How you join and leave

You joined when Jules asked you, or with the button on our sign-up page. Leave at any time: the button on every task page, a reply ‘stop’, or a mail to jules@jules-solutions.ch.

How long we keep your details

We keep your details until you leave, at most 12 months after our last contact; then only your number stays on our do-not-contact list, with when you joined and left, so we never write to you again.

Everything else

How we handle personal data everywhere else, and your rights, are in our privacy notice. How to have your data deleted is under data deletion. This notice is also in German.
