How to ask
Write to privacy@jules.solutions and say which data you want deleted, for example your email address or your WhatsApp number, so that we can find it. We may ask you to confirm your identity.
What we delete
What we hold about you, as our privacy notice describes it for each purpose. For Day One supporters, that is the code that stands for you, with its click, sign-up and leave records on our website.
What stays is what our notices name: the do-not-contact list, so that we never write to you again, and records of orders, for as long as the law requires (up to ten years, Art. 958f of the Swiss Code of Obligations).
When we answer
We answer within 30 days.
WhatsApp and Meta
If you wrote to us on WhatsApp, or we wrote to you there, WhatsApp also processes data for its own purposes. That data falls under Meta’s own policy, not ours: WhatsApp’s privacy policy.
