What you will find here

In many SMEs, capable people type the same details out of emails and PDFs every day. That is where we set up AI, documented and handed over to you. One rule applies without exception: nothing we build sends a message outside your firm or spends money without a person making the final decision.

  • ‘Where you stand’, free: you describe your work in an interview and get a report: where your time goes and where it pays to start. More on that in the next section.
  • Three packages at a fixed price: Basic Installation (Basic Installation is our smallest package at CHF 490.–: an installed AI harness, a vault template and one or two basic workflows on your computer.) CHF 490.–, Pro Setup (Pro Setup is our recommended package at CHF 1'490.–: vault, workflows with AI agents, first integrations, an introduction session and three months of Business seat.) CHF 1'490.– and Operator System (Operator System is our package for teams at CHF 3'500.– to 5'000.–: the shared base with workflows for the team and connected systems.) CHF 3'500.– to 5'000.–.   • Articles and worksheets: they help you examine a task yourself before you pay anyone anything. Plus a glossary that explains technical words in one sentence. You will find both under Insights.

The site is in German and English. It tells you what we do and what it costs without asking for your email address first.

What ‘Where you stand’ does

The starting point is ‘Where you stand’, a free interview about your work. It has five levels, and after each one you decide whether to go on. You need no technical knowledge and no account. If you would rather talk than click, you can answer the first questions in a conversation with our AI assistant (An AI assistant is a chat program such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Perplexity: you write in plain language, and a language model answers.).

The first level has five questions and ends with a first result. The second asks about one recurring task: your software, the effort, how you measure success. Then you receive your report; for that we need your email address, and we send you a link that opens it. Every answer is saved the moment you give it, so you can stop any time and continue later.

From level three, the questions are tailored to you, and every further answer makes your report more precise. You can book a free call with Jules at any time on the contact page: 20 minutes about your work and whether a package fits your plans. Perhaps none does. You will hear that from us too.

The launch raffle

To mark the launch, we will draw one Pro Setup worth CHF 1'490.– from all valid entries, including three months of a Business seat (The Business seat is one person’s access to our platform (open alpha); Pro Setup includes three months, and with Operator System it is six per person.). To enter:

  1. Complete the first of the earlier checks in full.
  2. Send us the report with your name, company and a valid email address.
  3. Do so by 6 December 2026, 23:59 Swiss time.

Companies and self-employed people with a registered office or residence in Switzerland can enter. The person entering is at least 18 and may act for the company. One entry counts per company. No purchase is needed, and no consent to marketing either. We draw within 7 days of the closing date and notify the winner by email. All the details are in the raffle terms.

You get your report whether or not you win. It should be worth it for everyone who does not.

What we ask of you

The site is new, and you are among the first to see it. Three things help us most:

  1. Try ‘Where you stand’ and tell us what is unclear or clunky. We prefer honest criticism to polite silence. A short note through the contact form is enough.
  2. If you know someone who types invoices, delivery papers or spreadsheets in by hand every day, feel free to pass this article on.
  3. Are you a specialist who would like to work with us? The Network page explains how we bring specialists in.

We reply in person: within 2 hours we confirm that your message has arrived, and within 24 hours we start working on it.
