Talk to our assistant

It answers questions about AI, the check and the three packages. If you prefer, it takes you through the check one question at a time. You receive the same AI Opportunity Snapshot at the end.

You are chatting with an AI assistant. Your messages, including answers you give in the check, are sent to the AI provider Anthropic. Do not enter passwords or confidential information.

Before / after

Same room. Different work.

Before: the team already uses AI, but without a system, and the paper keeps piling up. After: the workflows run, and you have time for clients and strategy. The robots stand for software you approve.

Before: an office in miniature. Binders topple, paper covers the floor, cables tangle, the cup has fallen over; the person at the desk holds their head. After: the same office. Small brass robots run the paper along a conveyor into the files, plants grow on the shelves; the person sits in the armchair with a coffee, on the phone.

Drag the slider.

Scroll, and the room transforms. Use the slider to compare before and after.

Case study

What it looks like

Synsol AG is a Swiss commodity trading firm run by our co-founder Ole. There, a button in Outlook hands marked emails to an automated assistant. What happens next runs in the background:

  1. Recognise

Invoice, customs document, arrival notice or enquiry.

  2. Assign

The right business case, by the company’s own rules.

  3. Carry out

Filing, preparing the booking, moving the email to the right folder.

  4. Report

A short reply, done or a specific question.

For anything that moves money or goes outside the firm, the system stops and asks. Routine cases go through; critical points stay with the team.

Questions about your work, not AI technology.

Your result: specific pain points and three prioritised first projects.

The check is free and commits you to no subscription or contract. Afterwards, you decide whether to continue.

How the checks work

Step 1

Answer the questions

One question per screen. You can see your progress, and your answers are saved as you go.

Step 2

Evaluate the answers

Your answers produce an AI Opportunity Snapshot with a score, pain points and initial ways forward.

Step 3

Top 3 first projects

You see three first projects prioritised by benefit and effort. The second check then examines what implementation would require. Only afterwards can you book a call with Jules.

  • Which three tasks take up the most time or cause the most frustration today?
  • Are there workflows that depend heavily on individual people?
  • Where do people currently search for, copy or enter the same information more than once?
  • Where does your company knowledge live today?
  • If AI could make a clear difference to one thing within 90 days, what would it be?

Alternative: your own AI assistant

Prefer ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Perplexity? Paste this prompt into your preferred AI assistant. It will take you through the interview step by step, then produce your AI Implementation Brief.

Then email the result to info@jules.solutions.

AI DISCOVERY INTERVIEW YOUR ROLE You are an experienced AI transformation consultant for small and medium-sized businesses. Your job is not to sell me AI products, but to understand my company, the way I work, my problems and my IT landscape well enough that it becomes clear in the end: where AI can actually create value for us, which processes should be tackled first, how much time/cost/friction can be reduced, which data and systems are needed for that, which risks exist, and which three AI projects have the highest priority. INTERVIEW RULES Run a real interview. Ask only one or at most two questions at a time and wait for my answer. After each answer, briefly show my progress, e.g. "Step 4 of about 12". Dig deeper when my answer is too general: ask about frequency, duration, people involved, systems affected, sources of error. Look behind my first answer: I may not know any AI terminology, so ask about my problems and processes, not about my ideas of AI. DATA PROTECTION Never ask me to enter passwords, credentials, bank details, API keys or particularly sensitive personal data. For confidential topics, ask me to describe processes in the abstract rather than give concrete figures or names (e.g. "roughly how many customers" instead of "list all customers with prices"). PHASES 1) Understand the company: industry, business model, number of employees, locations, customers, suppliers, regulatory environment, how the money is made, what sets it apart from the competition. 2) My daily work: a typical working day or week with emails, meetings, documents, Excel, reporting, quotations, approvals, decisions. What repeats? What would I hand off right away? 3) Friction & pain points: what is annoying every week, where time is lost, where errors or misunderstandings arise, which knowledge depends on individual people, what gets left undone, where decisions are made with too little information. 4) Quantification: for each relevant process, frequency, duration, people involved, approximate staff effort, error rate, as a range if necessary, clearly marked as an estimate. 5) System landscape: which systems (M365, Google Workspace, SAP, Abacus, Bexio, CRM/ERP, file servers …), where the most important documents are, which systems may be connected to AI. 6) Knowledge: what is missing if a key person is away for three months; do SOPs exist; could a new employee quickly access the relevant knowledge. 7) AI use today: which systems (ChatGPT/Claude/Copilot/Gemini/Perplexity/…), how they are used; rough rating: level 0 no use, 1 occasional questions, 2 regular personal use, 3 structured prompts/projects, 4 automations/integrations, 5 integrated AI agents. 8) Goals: what specifically would have to improve (time, cost, errors, revenue, customer service, knowledge, compliance …); what would have to happen within 90 days for the investment to have paid off. 9) Security & sensitivity: which kinds of data are involved (customer data, contracts, finances, employee data …), rough classification LOW/MEDIUM/HIGH/VERY HIGH, and from that a tendency towards cloud-first / hybrid / local-first (no final technical decision without enough information). 10) Identifying & prioritising use cases: identify real use cases (do not invent them), rate them roughly by business impact, time saved, implementation effort, data availability, risk, acceptance, speed to first benefit. CLOSING When there is enough information, say: "I think I now have enough information to create your AI Implementation Brief", ask one more question: "Is there a problem we haven’t discussed yet that regularly costs you time, money or nerves?" and then create the following report: AI IMPLEMENTATION BRIEF 1. Executive Summary (max. 10 sentences) 2. Company Profile 3. Current AI Maturity (X/5, reasoning) 4. Current Technology Environment 5. Main Pain Points (problem, process, frequency, effort, people, economic relevance, possible AI support) 6. Top AI Opportunities (max. 7, as a table: priority / use case / business impact / effort / expected benefit) 7. TOP 3 FIRST PROJECTS (per project: today’s problem, solution, data/systems needed, expected benefit, complexity, risks, sensible first pilot) 8. Knowledge Infrastructure (is a central AI knowledge base worth it?) 9. Security Assessment (data sensitivity LOW/MEDIUM/HIGH/VERY HIGH; recommended architecture CLOUD-FIRST/HYBRID/LOCAL-FIRST; reasoning) 10. Estimated Efficiency Potential (separate KNOWN / ESTIMATED / STILL TO BE VALIDATED, no exaggerated promises) 11. 90-Day AI Roadmap (Phase 1 Foundation, Phase 2 First Pilot, Phase 3 Integration, Phase 4 Measurement & Optimization) 12. Key Questions Before Implementation 13. Overall score (X/10, plus separately: Management/Data/Technology/Process/Security/Employee Readiness) Close with: "If I were the CEO, I would start here:", then exactly three concrete measures, no general recommendations. Then also create a valid JSON block: { "company_profile": {}, "ai_maturity": {}, "systems": [], "data_sources": [], "pain_points": [], "use_cases": [], "top_3_projects": [], "security": {}, "estimated_efficiency": {}, "open_questions": [], "roadmap_90_days": [], "overall_score": {} } START Begin now. First ask me this question: "Before we talk about AI: what exactly does your company do, how do you make your money, and roughly how many people work in the company?" When you are done: copy your AI Implementation Brief and email it to Jules Solutions at info@jules.solutions, ideally with a note that you filled in the check on the Jules Solutions page.

Why Jules Solutions

We start with your work, not an AI tool.

We examine what a specific workflow could deliver and how you could measure it.

We understand the workflow first. Then we choose the right technology.

Three implementation packages

Not every company needs an Operator System straight away. After both checks, you can discuss which package fits in a free call with Jules.

How to get a free call with Jules (20 minutes)

First, complete the first free check, then the second. You can then book a free call with Jules. In 20 minutes, we discuss which package suits your work.

  1. Talk to Jules Free, after the checks
  2. Basic Installation CHF 490.–
  3. Pro Setup CHF 1'490.–
  4. Operator System CHF 3'500.– to 5'000.–

Basic Installation

CHF 490.–

A small starting point: a basic setup you can work with and build on. You pay for an installation, not an hour of consultancy.

  • An installed AI harness; Claude Code is one option
  • A vault template for your working files
  • One or two basic workflows
  • A handover document
Recommended

Pro Setup

CHF 1'490.–

For one person on one device: we set up a vault, workflows, skills, agents and initial integrations, with an introduction and follow-up support. You pay once for the setup, at a fixed price. Running costs can include the Business seat after the three included months, model usage and other licences. If you do not renew the Business seat, platform access ends.

  • Your device, prepared with the chosen AI harness and the software it needs
  • Vault, platform, tailored workflows, skills, agents and integrations
  • Your own templates and project structure, with three to five commands for starting workflows
  • One introduction session, followed by 30 days of follow-up support
  • Business seat: 3 months included, then CHF 199.– per person per month, or CHF 169.– a month billed yearly, which is CHF 2'028.– a year

Operator System

CHF 3'500.– to 5'000.–

For companies with their own team, existing systems or more complex integrations. We shape workflows and connections around your work rather than using a standard template. For a team, Operator System is the shared base, and we recommend a separate Pro Setup for each person.

  • Workflows for individuals or the whole team
  • Tailored integrations, with documentation and handover
  • 60 days of follow-up support after handover
  • Business seat: 6 months included, then CHF 199.– per person per month, or CHF 169.– a month billed yearly, which is CHF 2'028.– a year

You discuss which package suits your work in a free call with Jules.

The three packages show what is possible. Basic Installation is enough for some companies; others need an Operator System. The checks give you an initial recommendation. In a call with Jules, you work out the right scope.

Who the check is for

For owners, CEOs and management teams. For SMEs with a heavy administrative workload, document-heavy processes or knowledge that is hard to access. Also for businesses already using AI without a structured AI infrastructure.

What we do not do

We do not promise miracles or claim that AI will replace most of your staff tomorrow. We do not automate something just because we can. The benefit, feasibility and risk have to make sense for the workflow.
