Write to jules@jules-solutions.ch about this outreach and your details, or simply reply to our mail.
Why we write to you
To propose our services to the company you work for, and to arrange a call if you want one. We write to each person at most four times.
What we hold
Your name, your role and your work email address, where we found each of them, and our notes of your replies and of any call. No private contact details, and nothing from pages behind a login.
Where we found your details
Each mail says where we found you. It is one of these:
- your company’s own website, for names and roles;
- a published third-party database, such as CB Insights;
- a press release;
- your own public post;
- your company’s address format: we derive your address from it, and a mailbox-check service confirms that it exists before we write.
Our legal basis
Our legitimate interest in proposing our services to your company (section 24(5) of Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act, PDPA).
Who processes your details for us
- Google, for our mail (USA);
- our CRM (Switzerland), which we run ourselves on our own server (A server is a computer that runs all the time and provides services to other devices, such as email, files or a website.);
- ZeroBounce (Hertza L.L.C., USA), for the address check; it processes in the EU by default, otherwise in the United States;
- treg, the relay we reach ZeroBounce through (Superdesign, USA, hosted in Oregon);
- our AI assistant (An AI assistant is a chat program such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Perplexity: you write in plain language, and a language model answers.), Anthropic (An AI provider runs language models and sells access to them, for example OpenAI (ChatGPT), Anthropic (Claude) or Google (Gemini).) (USA).
We check that a guessed work address exists before we write to it. The check is done by ZeroBounce (Hertza L.L.C., United States; processing in the EU by default). It is reached through treg, a relay run by Superdesign (United States), whose policy says it does not record the content of requests and responses.
How long we keep them
Until you object, and at most 12 months after our last contact. Then we delete them from our contact list, our CRM and our mailbox. If you ask us to stop, we keep your email address alone on our do-not-contact list, so that we never write to you again.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or object at any time, by replying to any of our mails. A reply such as ‘stop’, ‘no’, ‘remove’ or ‘not interested’ is enough, in any words and any language. We honour a stop the same day, on every channel.
You may also complain to Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC), or report it to Switzerland’s Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
Everything else
How we handle personal data everywhere else is in our privacy notice. General questions go to info@jules.solutions. This notice is also in German.
